It’s finally happened. The new car market has succumbed to the economic slowdown and punters are staying away from showrooms in droves. Latest figures from industry trade body SMMT showed an 11.9 per cent fall in private sales in June to 83,425 cars.
The all-new 2014 Corolla is the 11th generation of the largest-selling car in the world. Along with the Camry it's the very bread and butter of a very bread-and-butter automaker. So it's pretty important for Toyota.
Saleen, the famous performance brand, lives. And it's looking to roll out two go-fast Mustangs in the next year. The first will be unveiled at Mustang Week in Myrtle Beach, S.C., later in July.
